Service Description

We are beyond excited to celebrate our 20th year of offering Baby Aquatics Method (BAM) infant/toddler water immersion classes! These classes have evolved from their roots in Pre-Natal Aquatics and Aquatic Bodywork, designed to continue the bonding and connection you’ve experienced with your little one from the very beginning. Our method teaches the essential practice of holding and supporting your child in the water, and to do so, it is equally important for you, as a parent, to feel supported first. Our gentle approach helps parents relax and trust in the water skills their child is born with. We teach the art of letting go, staying present, and fostering a deeper connection with your child – all vital elements for water safety. Our classes are a unique combination of family bonding, play, breath exercises, water education, and water safety techniques. Many parents share that these classes not only helped them bond with their little one but also reconnected them with their inner child, leading to a deeper sense of presence and connection in their parenting journey. Class Information: Family Classes Ages: Mixed Age Group (10 months to 2.5 years) Location: Our classes are held in a beautiful outdoor tropical oasis with a therapy pool heated to a comfortable 94-95°F.
